These terms govern all transactions, quotes, design consultancy services, and deliveries arranged by Linaria Home. By purchasing furniture from us, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and reside in a European country we service.
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of Dutch VAT (BTW) unless explicitly specified otherwise. Payment must be made in full through our approved online channels or invoices before production or shipment commences. Linaria Home reserves the right to correct pricing errors on our system at any time.
We ship across the Netherlands and select European regions. Delivery dates are estimates only. The 100-night trial applies to select items and begins on the day of delivery. Returns must be initiated within 100 days, and items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
For orders requiring specific timber heights or custom wildflower pastel staining, client approval of design schematics is binding. Once manufacturing has commenced on custom items, cancellations are not permitted and deposits are non-refundable.
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Linaria Home shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific item of furniture.
All design assets, layout systems, wildflower curve paths, logo variations, and descriptions remain the exclusive property of Linaria Home. Unauthorized reproduction or usage of these materials is strictly prohibited.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes, actions, or controversies relating to these terms shall be submitted exclusively to the competent Court of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Linaria Home reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated versions will be published immediately on our legal portal.
